Hi everyone,
using PSU 6.6.0.4015 and a folder of pictures to import.
I have set the ingest wizard to ingest this source folder to another folder, and no item deletion afterwards.
Each time I start the importer, every files are marked.
But they have already been imported in the other folder and ...

Grid view bugs
Good night!
I appreciate the speed gain in PSU 6.3.0.3790, which I notice more than with the previous release.
So I jumped in my favourite exercice: hunting down dupes in my collection with the Duplicate Files filter.
For this I like to work with the grid view which has some unexpected behaviours ...

Re: Photo Supreme, an alternative to Paperless or Paperport?
In short it would be using PSU to catalog your invoices :-D
In large it would be using PSU to catalog anything I have... I tried Copernic desktop a while ago. But I don't want to clutter my disk with indexes on the same datas (plus the one from windows itself...).
AFAIK, the idea of paperless ...

Photo Supreme, an alternative to Paperless or Paperport?
Hi everyone,
is there any of you using Photo Supreme as a paperless desktop software?
I guess it may not be complicated.
Happy new year,
Frédéric

Re: Flickr sync: how to operate it?
Update:
I switched to another Windows user profile and it works - I get a dialog asking me how my picture should appear on Flickr.
So I guess something is wrong with my current user profile.

Flickr sync: how to operate it?
Sorry,
I quite don't understand how Flickr Sync works...
I have my special portfolio and collection ready to to be sync'd with Flickr but nothing happens on the website, though I do click on "Sync with [my flick share name]".
Sharing a file manually to Flickr works fine though.
Anyone knows?

Re: No synchronisation of files
Syncing by CTRL+S didn't work, as (you guessed right) I had the database only option.
Phew, thanks!

Using MTP connection - no deletion after ingestion?
Hi everyone,
I ingested my smartphone (Lumia 920, Windows Phone 8.1) pictures (and unfortunately videos) with PSU V3.
While the option to delete the picture was ticked, the media files remained on the phone after ingestion.
If confirmed by someone else, I will open a mantis bug ticket.

Failling to compact the thumbnails database
Hi everyone,
I am scratching my head on compacting the thumbnails database.
Mine is 10.3 GB.
Free space on the hard drive is 36.7 GB.
Compacting this database stops on the error "database or disk is full (0)".
Help!

Re: managing picture audio recording
As I wrote, if I set .wav file as non image in PSU preferences, then the wav file appears.IDimager wrote:What do you mean by "not linked"?
But there is no "connection" between the jpg and the wav, and nothing shows that a picture has a .wav sidecar.
