Re: v5 timeline incomplete
Thanks Hert, that did the trick. In v4 the import progress bar remained clearly visible whereas in v5 it is harder to see so I must have shutdown thinking it was done.

v5 timeline incomplete
Having completed the first catalog import into v5 the new folders are not showing in TIMELINE. They do appear in FOLDERS. Also there is a timeline entry for 1899/1899-12/1899-12-30 containing 22 tif or jpg images from various dates up to yesterday.

Re: RAW thumbnails not showing
...are you saying that some thumbnail correctly displayed in Folders view is missing in Catalog->By Date?
Yes vlad, correct. Option 2) restores the missing thumbnail. A big job to go through 10k images and find/delete the missing ones.

Re: RAW thumbnails not showing
You were right Mike but I did work it out and ran Verify. Thing is that in folder view all thumbnails are showing but in Catalog/By Date view many of the RAW ones are not showing.

Re: RAW thumbnails not showing
Not sure I understand Mike. All of my images are in folders by daily date. For example folder 160120 has all images for 20 January 2016. If I right click a thumbnail and select Locate in Windows Explorer it brings up the relevant folder containing that and all other images from that day, including ...

RAW thumbnails not showing
Since I upgraded to Win-10 PSu is not displaying the matching RAW thumbnail for any images that I have converted to 16-bit TIF in Canon DPP, the TIF is showing. Build missing thumbnails finds nothing missing.
Thanks for any clues.

Re: GEO tagging issues
Thanks Vlad, yes there were catalog labels assigned but not by me, just seems a random thing. So far I can't clear these either. I wonder why this was done to just four images all taken over widely different times and different cameras.

Re: GEO tagging issues
Hi, there are four images in my collection that have adopted Geo-location entries that place them in the US but were taken in Australia with non-GPS enabled cameras. I have been trying to delete the data but it keeps coming back. I have tried selecting the thumbnail and clicking the x beside either ...
