Re: Pre-sale question
Hello all,
I've been toying with both Daminion and this software before but haven't bought any yet, now my collection have grown considerably and the need for a software solution aswell.
Is this software still actively developed? Latest tweet says version 3.3 released on August 19th 2016 ...

Documentation
I have a copy (can't recall where I found it) of a doc called "Quick Start - Cagaloging | Photo Supreme". It carries a date 2014 and document version 0.35.
Is there a later version (matching a later version of PS)?
I am going to evaluate the PS software, but given trial is limited to 30 days - it ...

Re: Monitoring a folder
If the user does not know which folders have new photos, he might have to select all folders. Perhaps only 10 new photos have arrived into a 50,000 photo collection. Is "Verifying" the entire collection viable in such scenario or should the user be adopting work steps to avoid that?

Re: QUESTION: what is your nr1 reason to use Photo Supreme
I'm thinking about becoming a Photo Supreme user. If I do, it will be because it looks like the best option for a happy Windows Photo Gallery user to adopt. Now, if I could only find a white paper with title: "How to seamlessly transition from WPG to Photo Supreme", I'd be sold!

Re: Moving Photos around among Folders
Thanks for replies.
My experience is with Windows Photo Gallery, which I want to replace given it's now unavailable from Microsoft and may one day cease to function. All file moves or changes to file names, or metadata made within WPG were automatically looked after. I never tried changing metadata ...

Moving Photos around among Folders
Can anyone advise how Photo Supreme handles the following scenario:
Assume a large photo collection (20,000) where the photos are stored in a folder structure (perhaps hundreds of folders in an arbitrary structure). The user moves many photos - perhaps a few hundred from various folders to other ...

Re: Migrating from WLPG (Windows Essentials Photo Gallery)
Barneagle - how are you going replacing Windows Photo Gallery with Photo Supreme. I have been a VERY happy Photo Gallery user for years but given it is now a dead product (and may cease working one day), I'm looking to move to something new. I found the functionality in Photo Gallery, and the ...
