Personally I'm quite happy to continue my use of Nikon Capture NX2. I expect it to keep working on my Windows 7 machine at least for another couple of years.

DxO Optics 10 can export a tiff or a jpeg to Lightroom, where it will appear ready for editing without user intervention, i.e. the usual import dialog in LR is bypassed. A plugin for LR coming with DxO Optics handles that.
