Good news - I re-downloaded the license file and it seems to be working now. The license file must have gotten corrupted or something. It's working anyways. Thanks!

Re: trial expired even though I already have a license?
No luck so far. My tree looks a wee bit different (see attached). The error message is "F0EFF7D204BECE9F9F9B9999A2A2A9A3" if that helps. Any more suggestions appreciated since I really need to get some photos processed and posted.
Thanks!

I'm not sure what you mean by the Documents folder? (I'm on Windows)
The license seems to be in the Program Files folder.
Thanks,

trial expired even though I already have a license?
Hi all,
I did the latest update and when I next started up the program it wouldn't let me in saying my trial had expired even though I have a fully valid license that was working just fine the day before. Any suggestions?
Thanks!
Monica

transferring profiles etc?
I'm trying to set-up PhotoSupreme on a laptop to take travelling, but for some reason it doesn't seem to be bringing across the transfer profiles, detail profiles etc. I seem to recall in IDI5 these were stored with the program files, but with PSU, they seem to be stored where the catalog is stored ...

Re: Share database between Mac and Windows?
Wait, so does that mean you don't have to do anything to convert the database between Mac and Windows?

Confused missing images - help!
Hi all,
I've got some confused images that think they're somewhere they're not. I knew how to fix this in IDI5 but I'm still finding my way around the new Photo Supreme (which overall I'm finding is actually much easier to use!).
Not sure if it happened after I was doing some catalog maintenance ...

adding 2 separate logos (watermark) in batch?
Hi all,
I've been exploring Photo Supreme and so far it's mostly with relief that most of the functionality of IDI5 is there but simplified with far less scary pitfalls.
One thing I haven't figured out yet and just wanted to check if I'm missing something:
- sometimes I need to add 2 separate ...
